How often do you get new product? Or how can I tell what items are new arrivals?
We get new products everyday about 2 truckloads daily. Our new arrivals are marked with a colored price tag, which changes weekly. Our inventory automatically reduces in price if it is here for more that 14 days. Check our Discount Policy for the discounts for that week.
Will you take less for this item?
Prices are firm but markdowns are frequent. Our inventory automatically reduces in price if it is here for more that 14 days. Please take a look at our Discount Policy poster by the register area to see what items are currently on sale.
Can you hold my purchase for me?
Unfortunately, we do not allow holds. All items must be paid for in full, but we do offer 1 business day for you to arrange for a pick-up. Please note: All items must be picked up before 5pm.
Can you hold an item while I go measure to see if it will fit?
Unfortunately, this is a first come, first serve store. However, we do allow full refunds. If you buy it now, you have 1 day to come back to pick it up. If you find out it doesn’t fit, we’d be happy to refund your money. As long as it hasn’t left the building.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept cash, cards, Apple pay, and Google pay but sadly, not checks. Our online store accepts Shop Pay – installment payments.
Does the store deliver product?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a delivery service at this time. However, we do have a couple partnerships with local moving companies. Their cards are available by the register or in the community corner near the entryway.
